Housekeeping BOTS
In many scaled implementation the COE performs housekeeping tasks such as passwords reset , clearing and archiving logs, or when upgrading to new version the requirement to update version on all servers and VM in all environments. Also include License renewal key on expiring which is a manual import . Can we create these as part of the ROM and distribute this as part of our Base ROM service offering ?
I believe there are various implementations of housekeeping features. Some are on the DX now, others are available from support, and likely further options are available from Professional Services. We'll look at what we can do to pull some of the more common ones together as a package on the DX.
