WebAPI connector for X12 and EDIfact

The US Healthcare industry is being mandated to use the X12 Electronic Document Interface standard (EDI) for business purposes. A description of this is at https://x12.org/flow/health-care.

It has been requested that the DX have a WebAPI method that allows the building and transmission of X12 documents.
