    Finding resumes that match a job description, a computer can use algorithms to match the job requirements with the candidate’s skills and experience. Here is a general outline of the process:

    STEPS for Blue Prism to compare Job Description to find appropriate Candidates

    Parsing: The computer extracts information from the job description and resumes.

    Use Word Doc that contains Job Description. Remove unnecessary words that are not part of the Job requirements and skills needed to be a successful candidate.

    Indexing: The computer indexes the extracted information to make it searchable.

    Ensure any and all words are included on the job order that are pertinent.

    Computer Logs into:

    Linkedin

    Indeed

    DICE

    SS&C Database

    Monster

    Other Databases

    Then Computer identified Resume to

    u

    Matching: The computer matches the job requirements with the candidate’s skills and experience.

    Ranking: The computer ranks the candidates based on how well they match the job requirements.

    Selection: The computer selects the best candidates for the job and emails the resumes and ranking to Recruiter.

    In addition to resume emailed to recruiter, BP will parse Name email Phone of candidates to recruiter.
