Encoding an image as Base 64 Format
Currently as part of 'Base64Encoder - 1.1.0' VBO by using text we can encode to base 64. But if we want to encode an image still we don't have any option with this current VBO.
Regarding this I have created the code stage and requesting you to Merage the same with 'Base64Encoder - 1.1.0'.
Please refer the attached logic for reference.

Have you looked at the latest release of the VBO? There's an action available for encoding files Have you tried using that to encode your images?
