Simplify the Asset Meta-data Model

We have a lot of meta-data that we are asking Asset Providers to manage. Can we simplify the number of fields by combining them into a fewer set of fields. For example, the Asset description fields could be combined with recommendations for how they should communite their business value rather than having specific fields for each.

Ties into the search capability. I think the bigger question is "how can a person find what is best for them with the minimum effort" - using AI, predictive, NLP etc - can we get better at predicting what one wants (perhaps a questionnaire at the beginning - helping narrow down assets to the 3 paid and 5 unpaid assets that fit within Claims processing as an example.
