Eliminate automatic downloading of the MIT License files. Merged

When I click on a specific asset, my browser will automatically download the MIT License PDF. This happens just on page load of the asset, not downloading anything related to the asset.

If there isn't a legal requirement to do so, I would envision only downloading this license file if a user downloads the asset itself or any documentation.
